How long does it take to learn Aikido?
Just give it time. It may take three days to feel comfortable or it may take three months, but you will get there if you train properly. Ask questions and ask for help.
How early can you start martial arts?

Some kids may express an interest in martial arts at the age of 3 and others at 10. But it’s important that the child has fun with it before the age of 6. During this time, it’s too early to teach other skills, such as how to avoid peer pressure.
Will Aikido get me in shape?
Aikido is great exercise. The longer you practice for, the better you get, the less work you’ll be putting into throwing. Aikido hasn’t been good exercise for me for several years.
